Description:
This was the perfect example of what a knitters retreat should be, small enough to make lasting friends, learn new techniques from the instructor and from the others, and come away with a finished project. What fun! Mary Kearney and DeeDee Greer of Central VA Fiber Mill taught us a great deal about processing fibers when we visited the mill on the Early Bird Trip. Melissa Abbott taught Domino knitting in the workshops, Leanna Witt of Blue Ridge Yarns brought her yarns and business story to us Saturday afternoon. A full weekend of knitting and relaxing.
